Ratio Regulating Valve RPL - 15 |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
This
sensitive ratio regulating valve
is widely used to achive proportionate
oil flow correspounding to conbustion
air flow.
An impulse pipe line taken from
downstream of motorised valve
provided in combustion air line
is connected to ratio regulator.
the ratio regulating valve shall
vary the oil flow in proportion
to variation in air impulse
pressure. |
|
|
Features
: |
|
Wide
range of flow |
Depending
uopn air impulse pressure,
oil flow can be adjusted from
130 LPH to 230 LPH. |
Easy
Maintenance |
ON
Line normal maintenance can
be carried out.Valve internals,
diaphragm, valve seat can
be insepected & replaced
easily without removing valve
from the pipeline. |
Precise
Control |
Large
actuating area provides more
precise control.Factory set
for normal functioning.However
provision for fine tuning
at site has been provided. |

-
For
best result use THERM-PROCESS manual oil Micro valve
near burner.
-
Air
impulse, oil inlet & Outlet
pressure guages can be supplied
as optional.
-
Depending
upon capacity of burners, RRL-15
can be control number of burners
simultaneously, provided burners
in row are located at one side
only.
-
While
shutting down the burner, shut
off the oil valve on the upstream
side of Ratio Regulator to safe
guard the regulator from the hot
oil trapped in the pipeline.
-
Ratio
regulators should be installed
horizontally in upright position
in the line with flow direction
indicated by arrow on valve body.
-
Fine
tuning of regulating valve &
burner carried out strictly by
authorised personnel conversant
with combustion system & control
/ safety philosophy.
-
For
best result keep level of ratio
regulator oil line within 12"
of Burner Centre Line.
